Waivers

Participants are required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement prior to taking part in Pursuit Adventure & Travel Inc. activities. You can review the release here.

Please note that suppliers may require that you sign additional waivers on location prior to taking part in the services provided. Contact us at info@pursuitadventures.ca if you would like to review any of the partner’s waivers prior to booking.
