It started as an idea to bring something different to the Canteen menu by letting local chefs take over the truck.
Frontier Salad
We love our versatile this delicious salad is. The dried fruits and quinoa, combined with the bright flavours of the dressing make it a great option as a meal, perfect to bring on an adventure and great as a side for dinner.
Curry Ketchup
This dip quickly became a favourite at the Canteen, delicious with fries and perfect with a smokies on a bun. It’s easy to make at home, keeps well in the fridge and will quickly become your go-to condiment.

Matt and Karla from Must Do Canada have visited the region a few times, experiencing the ice bubbles of Abraham Lake and many more adventures.

Ladies Hiking Group: Coral Creek Canyon
We have the pleasure of running a private monthly hiking series for a group of ladies this summer. The first hike of the season took us along the Cline River Canyon and Coral Creek Canyon on an easy to moderate 7 km hike.
