We know you'd rather be skiing than walking through a busy parking lot in the morning. Mountain resorts are busy places on the weekend and even with the best of intentions an early start doesn't always happen.

We had great day in Banff this past weekend exploring the area with a group of international students from the Red Deer Public School District and the Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools. The students came from all over the world and for many this was their first visit to the Canadian Rockies.
Thank you for travelling with us this past winter! We’ve just wrapped up a great season with lots of amazing skiing at Sunshine Village, Fernie Alpine Resort, Whitefish, Lake Louise, Kicking Horse, Castle Mountain and Norquay. Our last trip of the season was this past Monday for Sunshine Village’s closing day and 85th annual slush cup.
Our second installment in the Powder Seeker Adventure Series took us to Castle Mountain Resort this past weekend. As we drove toward Castle we could see the clouds over the Rockies and as we started getting closer reports of 15+cm overnight started to come in. The Red Chair opened shortly after we arrived, treating us to 30+cm of fresh, untracked
